Is there AI in it?
In one tab, marked wherever it appears. AI Insight writes commentary on figures the panel has already computed and cites them; it produces no figure of its own.
Where do the numbers come from?
From what you entered. The 36-month OPEX and cash-flow engine, the per-product revenue model and the scenario engine compute everything; the formulas are the ones named on this page.
Can I export?
An A4 PDF report per module, the whole account as JSON, the monthly OPEX table as CSV, and a snapshot as a read-only link.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours. Delete the account with your password and the account, the panel data and every session go with it, with no retention period.

U2 AI Performance is a planning panel in early access. It is not accounting software, connects to no accounting, banking or payment system, and gives no accounting, tax, legal or investment advice; nothing here is investment advice within the meaning of Law No. 6362.
The figures the panel shows are the arithmetic consequence of the numbers you entered. They are not a forecast, a valuation, an audit or a promise of any outcome.

This website, u2aiperformance.com, and the application at app.u2aiperformance.com are operated by U2 AI Studio Teknoloji A.Ş. 2. What we collect
Account data in the application: your email address, a salted PBKDF2-SHA256 digest of your password (the password itself is never stored) and the panel content you enter (canvas texts, revenue and cost lines, product portfolio and sales targets, OPEX staff and expense rows; up to 1 MB).
Session data: a random session token stored with your email address for seven days or until you sign out, carried by one strictly necessary cookie in your browser.
Transaction security data: the IP address of sign-in and sign-up attempts, kept for fifteen minutes as a rate-limit counter, and a per-account attempt counter kept for one hour.
Information you submit through the contact form on this website: name, work email, organisation if you share it, and your message.
Basic technical data generated when you visit the website or the application (IP address, browser type, pages requested), processed by our hosting and content delivery provider for security and performance.
On this website, fonts are served by Google Fonts; when pages load, your IP address is transmitted to Google to deliver the font files. The application loads no third-party resources.
3. Why we process it
To create and operate your account and provide the panel: storing the canvas, computing the figures and producing the exports you request.
To keep you signed in and to protect accounts against automated sign-in and sign-up attempts.

4. Sharing, transfer abroad and retention
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not read canvas content for product purposes, use it to train anything or disclose it to anyone. Account, session and rate-limit data are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV and contact form records in Cloudflare D1, services of Cloudflare, Inc. that replicate data across Cloudflare data centres, including data centres outside Türkiye. That transfer abroad is made in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 6698, on the basis of the data processing terms in Cloudflare's service agreement and, for account data, the necessity of the transfer for the performance of the contract you entered by creating the account. Data may be disclosed where required by law. Account data is kept until you delete the account: deletion from the panel, confirmed with your password, removes the account, the canvas and every session on every device immediately, and is completed in all regions within about a minute. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted or anonymised.
5. This notice covers the website and the application
This notice concerns visitors to u2aiperformance.com and account holders of app.u2aiperformance.com. The canvas content you enter belongs to you; you can download it as JSON at any time and delete it together with the account. Cloudflare Web Analytics is not enabled on the website or in the application in this version; if it is enabled, it works without cookies and this notice will be updated first.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data. Residents of Türkiye may exercise the rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK); see the KVKK notice on this site. Account holders can delete their account and canvas directly from the panel. To exercise any other right, write to [email protected].

1. Who we are and what these terms cover
u2aiperformance.com and the application at app.u2aiperformance.com are operated by U2 AI Studio Teknoloji A.Ş. under the U2 AI Performance brand. These terms govern your use of this website and of the application, including the account you create in it. By creating an account you accept them; if you do not accept them, do not create an account. Where a separate written agreement exists between you and us, that agreement prevails over this page.
2. The nature of the service
U2 AI Performance is a planning panel: Business Model Canvases (one per product and a company canvas), a product portfolio with sales targets, revenue models and pipeline coverage, a 36-month operating expense and cash-flow plan with working capital and actuals, scenario planning including a Monte Carlo distribution, an AI Insight module that writes commentary on the figures the panel has computed, A4 PDF reports, snapshots of the panel that can be shared as read-only links, and an account-security layer. Every figure is computed from your own inputs by the formulas stated on this site; the AI Insight commentary is generated text, is labelled as such and does not produce figures of its own. It is provided in early access, free of charge, as it is. It is not accounting software, it connects to no accounting, banking or tax system, and it is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice.
3. Account and acceptable use
An account requires a valid email address and a password of at least ten characters. You are responsible for keeping the password confidential and for what is done with the account. One person may hold one account; sharing credentials, automated access, attempts to bypass rate limits or access controls, and use of the service to store unlawful content are not permitted. We may suspend or delete an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. There is no self-service password reset in early access; if you lose the password, write to [email protected] from the account's email address and we will tell you what can be done, which may be no more than deleting the account on your instruction. There is no email verification in early access; if an address is reported as not belonging to the account holder, the account is deleted.
4. What we commit to and what we do not
We commit to providing the panel as described on this site, to computing the figures by the formulas stated there, and to letting you export and delete your data at any time. Early access means the service may change, features may be added or withdrawn, and the service may be unavailable at times without notice; we do not commit to a service level. We do not commit to any business result, revenue, profit, funding or performance outcome, and we make no claim about what the figures mean for your business. If a paid plan is ever introduced, it will be announced on this site and to account holders in advance, and nothing will be charged without your express agreement.
5. Your content and our software
The text and figures you enter belong to you. You grant us only the licence needed to store them, display them back to you, compute the figures and produce the exports you request. We do not read canvas content for product purposes, do not use it to train anything, and do not disclose it to third parties other than the infrastructure providers that host the service. The software, its design, its formulas and the U2 AI Performance brand belong to U2 AI Studio Teknoloji A.Ş. and are protected under Law No. 5846 and Law No. 6769; you may use them only through the service.
6. Personal data
For the account we process your email address, a salted hash of your password, the panel content (canvas texts, revenue and cost lines, product portfolio and sales targets, OPEX staff and expense rows; up to 1 MB), a session record (random token plus email, seven days or until sign-out) carried by a strictly necessary session cookie and, for rate limiting of sign-in and sign-up attempts only, the IP address for fifteen minutes and a per-account attempt counter for one hour. The legal basis is Article 5/2(c) of Law No. 6698, processing necessary for the performance of the contract you entered by creating the account. Data is kept until you delete the account, at which point the account, the canvas and every session are deleted immediately and the deletion is completed in all regions within about a minute. Account, session and rate-limit data are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., which replicates data across Cloudflare data centres including those outside Türkiye; contact form records are stored in Cloudflare D1. That transfer abroad is made in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 6698, on the basis of the data processing terms in Cloudflare's service agreement and, for account data, the necessity of the transfer for the performance of the contract you entered by creating the account; Article 11 gives you the right to know the third parties abroad to which data is transferred. The privacy notice and the KVKK notice linked in the footer set out the details and your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698.
7. Termination and changes
You may delete your account at any time from inside the panel; deletion is confirmed with your password, is immediate and irreversible and ends every session on every device, so export the JSON first if you want to keep the canvas. We may end the early access programme, change these terms or discontinue the service; where possible we will give account holders reasonable notice by email, and in any case you will be able to export your canvas before the service ends. Changed terms apply from the date shown on this page.
8. Liability and governing law
The service is provided free of charge, as it is, in early access. To the extent Turkish law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of figures the panel shows, for loss of data you did not export, or for periods of unavailability; under Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations liability for gross fault cannot be excluded in advance and we make no such exclusion. These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction rules that protect consumers. Your personal data is collected electronically, by partly automated means, through the sign-up and sign-in forms and the panel at app.u2aiperformance.com, through the contact form on u2aiperformance.com and, for transaction security data, through server and content delivery logs generated when you use the site or the application. This notice concerns visitors to u2aiperformance.com and account holders of app.u2aiperformance.com. There is no email verification in early access; if an address is reported as not belonging to the account holder, the account is deleted. Canvas content is not read for product purposes, not used to train anything and not used for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
3. Legal bases
Account and session data are processed under Article 5/2(c) of Law No. 6698, processing necessary in direct connection with the establishment or performance of the contract you enter by creating the account; no consent is requested for it and none is needed. Transaction security data and contact data are processed under Article 5/2(f), the legitimate interests of the data controller provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed, and under Article 5/2(ç), compliance with a legal obligation, where the law so requires.
4. Transfers, including transfer abroad
Personal data may be shared with authorised public institutions where required by law. Account, session and rate-limit data are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV and contact form records in Cloudflare D1, services of Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which processes data on our behalf as a data processor and replicates it across its data centres, including data centres outside Türkiye. This is a transfer abroad within the meaning of Article 9 of Law No. 6698 and is made in accordance with that Article, on the basis of the data processing terms in Cloudflare's service agreement and, for account data, the necessity of the transfer for the performance of the contract between you and us. No other third party receives your data. On this website, font delivery uses Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when pages load; the application loads no third-party resources.
5. Retention and deletion
Account data and canvas content are kept until you delete the account. Deletion from the panel, confirmed with your password, removes the account record, the canvas and every session on every device immediately; because the storage is replicated globally, the deletion is completed in all regions within about a minute. Session records expire after seven days or at sign-out. The IP counter is discarded after fifteen minutes and the per-account counter after one hour. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights under Article 11
To learn whether your personal data is processed, and to request information if it has been.

1. Our approach
This website and the application at app.u2aiperformance.com use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and load no third-party trackers. Cloudflare Web Analytics is not enabled in this version; if it is enabled, it works without cookies and this policy will be updated first.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
Our content delivery and security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site against malicious traffic and keep it available. The application sets one strictly necessary session cookie when you sign in: it holds a random session token, is HttpOnly and Secure, and is removed when you sign out, when you delete the account, or after seven days. These cookies are essential for the service and cannot be switched off through this site.
3. Notice
Because only strictly necessary cookies are used, no consent is requested. On your first visit an information bar is shown; the fact that you closed it is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, so it is not shown again on this device.
This site and the application use strictly necessary cookies only: a security cookie from our content delivery provider and, in the application, one session cookie. No analytics, no advertising.
